At iLeaseWorks, we pride ourselves on being a boutique lender. Our partners share our values of integrity and honesty and they partner with iLeaseWorks to ensure their customers have a positive experience from start to finish. We differentiate ourselves with our high level of service and attention we give each and every one of our partners. By integrating into the sales process we are able to help our partners manage their pipeline and grow their business. When working with medical professionals, it is important to us to make sure they understand what they are signing and to educate them on the benefits of financing and things to look out for.
Tony Tydlacka – President
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare equipment financing. Having been in the industry since 1999, he has gained valuable experience working for bank-owned and independent finance companies, eventually founding iLeaseWorks in 2010. The key to his success has always been solid and long lasting relationships built on trust with everyone he works with. These relationships have afforded long term success with vendor partners and an expansive lending network to meet the needs of partners and medical professionals. He strives to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that stand the test of time.
Tony is happily married with three children and two dogs. In his free time Tony enjoys spending time on the lake with his family, golfing, ice fishing and traveling.
Joel Reiter
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Joel Reiter is a Vice President of Sales at iLeaseWorks. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and bank lending. Starting his career in consumer finance at Wells Fargo, he transitioned from auto finance and mortgage origination to equipment financing. While working in different sectors of the financial industry, Joel has learned the art of creative financing and persistence. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys on the lake during the summer. During the winter months in Minnesota, Joel is a dedicated youth hockey coach.
He has become a respected industry leader with his honest and efficient approach. With his experience, dedication, and skill, he will find the financing solution that meets the needs of the customer.
Jake Kurtzweg – Director of Business Development
Jake Kurtzweg is a highly skilled Finance and Business Development Professional with a strong business and finance background. Jake has a unique blend of technical and financial expertise that enables him to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients. Creating finance solutions that meet and exceed customer’s expectations is his specialty. Building strong relationships with customers and vendors through honesty, transparency, and integrity has proven central to his success. Jake’s ultimate priority is providing outstanding customer service and making the financing experience as seamless as possible.
Prior to his career at iLeaseWorks, Jake earned his BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business. His time spent abroad has taught him Cross-Cultural Communication Skills, Excellent Networking Abilities, Adaptive thinking as well as Resilience. In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with his family.
Evan P. Westlund – Finance Specialist
Evan P. Westlund is a Finance Specialist for iLeaseWorks and comes from a business management and finance background. Evan joined iLeaseWorks in May of 2022 as an intern. His hard work and dedication to the company makes him a great member of the team. His fresh perspective adds value with ideas and communication. Evan strives in building relationships and connections through trust with clients and vendors. Evan’s personal qualities make customers feel at ease. He strives for optimal outcomes by prioritizing and making decisions to meet clients’ expectations.
In his free time, Evan enjoys playing hockey and golf, being on the lake, and traveling. He has a passion for Minnesota sports, whether he is watching them at home or in the stadium. Evan finds traveling is a great opportunity to learn, network, and communicate better with others.
Mike Sweeney
Vice President of Healthcare Finance
Mike brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance arena. During his tenure in Healthcare market, Mike has seen multiple approaches in attempts to land and secure vendor relationships. With a focus on communication, professionalism, and candor, Mike’s approach varies from the majority of the competition in the equipment finance space. Building and maintaining relationships with banking institutions, equipment manufacturers, and vendors have been vital to his success throughout his career. A continued effort to strive towards mutually beneficial partnerships is of paramount importance to Mike.
